Matthew Hutchinson, our IT Manager has been with Dialect from the early (really early!) stages.
He has been instrumental in developing and managing Dialect's IT infrastructure, seamlessly integrating all the cutting-edge technologies that power our operations, allowing us to provide frictionless customer support to our customers.
Originally from Poland, Izabela plays a crucial role in our team thorough her dedication and passion for delivering seamless solutions to customers across the globe.
She has been promoted twice - starting as a CX Advisor, she had advances to Senior CX Advisor and most recently to CX Team Manager.
Izabela brings expertise in customer experience sector, ensuring top-notch customer support. Her commitment and leadership as a CX Team Manager have been pivotal in guiding our day shift operations smoothly.
Simon joined Dialect in 2021 bringing a wealth of experience in the Fintech and Customer Experience sectors. He is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Simon is a valuable presence at Dialect, nurturing a unique blend of skills, growth and innovation that not only enhances our clients' experience but also contributes significantly to the overall success of the company.
He describes his role as "customer facing and varied", he is a morning person, and loves warm weather and Indian food.
Bianca joined Dialect in 2023 through the University of Sunderland Internship Scheme. She is working in the Marketing Department and digital marketing, campaigns, PR and email marketing are part of her responsibilities.
Bianca views Dialect as an authentic workplace, highlighting the team's expertise and dedication to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
She is a morning person, she speaks Romanian, English, a bit of French, Italian, Spanish and...she loves coffee.
